- Cronk MMA, located in Sioux City, Iowa, is the state’s newest place to train! Instructor John Cronk is a four time World Champion: Three of his world titles are in Kickboxing and his most recent is in MMA. He has an black belt in Brazilian Ju Jitsu and is certified to give black belts in BJJ. Our awesome facility contains a 776 square foot of grappling space and a 18×18 cage/ring. There is also a fitness room and a lobby with arcade games. We are offering an introductory rate for training at just $50 a month.
